In Girl Scouting, girls and adults work together to plan and carry out the activities done in the troop/group. Girl Scouting is unique because of it’s girl/adult partnership. It allows the girls to take the lead as the adults guide them in achieving their goals and carrying out their plans. |

Troop Government |
|
Troop/Group Government allows each girl the opportunity to be a leader within the troop and have a say in what the troop does. The primary form of government in Girl Scouts is the Girl Scout Circle. It should last for about 15 minutes per meeting. This is the place where you will offer the girls choices about their activities. |
